Hi, I’m Kelley Rush (she/her). For over 36 years, I’ve been blessed to share life with my wonderful husband, raise two incredible daughters, and embrace the joy of being a “Grammy bear” to three beautiful grandchildren. My journey has not been without challenges; as a breast cancer survivor and someone who has lived with chronic pain for most of my adult life, I’ve turned to the healing practices of Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda to navigate these experiences.
I believe in the power of connection and the importance of meeting each person where they are on their path. It brings me great joy to listen, support, and creatively guide individuals toward their personal goals of wholeness, no matter where they are in life. With over 30 years of teaching experience, I strive to make yoga accessible, safe, engaging, and fun for everyone—whether we’re practicing together online or in person.
Outside of yoga, I find joy in playing guitar, spending time in nature, creatively cooking healthy food and getting down in the dirt with my veggie and flower gardens. These passions deeply touch my spirit and inspire my teaching. I am truly excited to share my knowledge and experiences with you, helping you discover your own path to wellness and balance at every stage of life. Let’s embark on this journey together!
