Suzan Ahmed, Ph.D., CIHC is a clinical psychologist, yoga teacher, integrative wellbeing coach, and meditation guide. Having danced for most of her life and after a dance-related injury, Suzan has found yoga to be a supportive practice in her recovery, as well as a way to manage stress, find greater balance, and improve mind-body awareness. Her classes integrate meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, and a compassionate, trauma-sensitive approach to wellbeing.
