Every Day Mindfulness meditation can help you nurture inner peace in just a few minutes each day. The development of being mindful can help you relieve anxiety, feel more grounded and adapt to life’s constant changes. A consistent meditation practice can help you develop mental clarity, creativity, compassion and empathy for you and the world around you.
Every Day Mindfulness is a 40-day online training in mindfulness meditation. Each daily 15-20 minute lesson includes a short talk and guided meditation designed to help you to establish a meditation practice. The meditations are designed to build your experience gradually over the 40 days and you are encouraged to go at your own pace.
The Meditation Classes will cover:
Basics of meditation: learning to pause, mindfulness of the breath and body. Mindfulness of emotions and thought Meditations for self healing and cultivating equanimity. Practices for mindful living including mindful communication and practices to help you live in alignment with intention and purpose. Our hope is that this course will help you establish a daily practice of meditation and mindfulness that will carry on well after the course ends.
The classes will be recorded live at 7 AM PST. You are welcome to go at your own pace. You can revisit class recordings in our archive to review the instructions. Our hope is that this will help you offer loving presence to yourself and to the relationships in your life.
