This innovative online program is customized for Senior Living Communities looking to provide their residents the benefits of health and wellness on their own schedule. Our program allows you to offer convenient, flexible access to yoga and meditation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Our Wise and Strong Yoga and Meditation Program was created to guide seniors into movements that are safe and accessible, while educating them on practices they can do on their own when we are not there to guide them.

Below are a few examples of classes from our library that your facility will have immediate access to. Your events coordinator will be able to create a schedule of daily wellness classes and select which ones they want to show based off of what needs participants have. Some examples are… relieving tension in the upper back and shoulders, strengthening your legs and hips, spinal fluidity with twists!
